In fact, you may to go more deeply within your self to see the value and potential of some of the choices that you are faced with this month. You won’t know until you take the leap and land in it. The Energy Theme for February is REBIRTH and question for this month is do you want to sink or swim? Some floating and treading water may be required before you feel ready to make your choice but it won’t be as difficult as you may think.

In a recent Facebook post I wrote about a long-term relationship I have had with someone that has been very frustrating, challenging and sad. It has felt stuck for a long time and although I can see its wonderful potential, the other person cannot. Then, while thinking about it a few nights ago, I understood why it has never moved forward,  isn’t ‘working’, and is so disappointing and painful. This realization was so powerful that I was able to release the relationship and all of its challenges and frustrations in just a few minutes. The post received so many comments and shares that I knew I had to share more of this information with you.

What I realized, that I had never seen before, was that our relationship existed in different dimensions. I am remembering a connection with him that doesn’t exist for him because he is not at that level in this lifetime (and may never choose to be there). My purpose in his life has been to help him remember something he doesn’t want to remember now. And I am holding an energetic space for him that he is not ready or willing to occupy with me.

Archangel Uriel – What Is Your Truth?

Who you are, your life purpose, the purpose of your life, the journey you create and the choices you make are all based in truth. Truth is not given to you or created for you, it is a vibrational frequency that you create based on your judgments. In other words, truth is a perception that is created when an energy flow that is frozen by a judgment. Each person has their own truth and you are joined to others through the intersections of your truths.

Freezing energy is how you create your reality because from spirit requires a dense reality to be in physical space. This is how you learn lessons and create the ascending evolution that is humanity’s path. You create judgments and freeze energy in a specific truth so you can make it false, this is your healing journey. Through these judgments you create ‘I am not’ scenarios so you can recall your ‘I AM’ presence. Many of these ‘I am not’ scenarios are mirrored by others, through their actions and words. Instead of trying to change their truth, know that they are helping you to change yours.

Where's Your Vibration?

Back in the 1990s it was popular to ask someone what their astrological sign was, because knowing someone's star sign would determine whether a match could be made. And there is some truth to this because some signs do not get along as well as others (although there is more than sun signs to consider). But now we need to ask about vibration, the critical element to letting us know where we are in our own spiritual growth. We can know whether we surrendering to the process or standing firmly in our need to control by what our vibration is attracting.

How do we know our level of vibration? It is mirrored in our outer reality. This is one truth we can always count on, which shows us where we are on every step of our journey. Whatever connects to us is not good or bad, it is responding to a vibrational opening in our energetic field. These are the guideposts on our journey that show us where the ego wants to control, which becomes our lesson in surrender. With this knowledge we can learn to let go and flow out of that experience into a higher vibration and create a new reality.

Jennifer Hoffman – Out On A Limb And Deep In The Valley

Have you been feeling blissful one minute and scared out of your skin the next? Do you see your life as a wonderful flow of potential and then wonder how it’s all going to happen or are sure that it won’t? Have you come to the awareness that nothing in your life is stable, secure or dependable any more? Congratulations, you’re out on the limb of the last vestiges of the old paradigm energy and deep in the valley of your fear and everything that reflects your current limitations. The good news is that it is temporary, the bad news is that you, and we, must all go through this period before we get to the other side of it.

I believe that when we see life on earth from other dimensions, we think it is going to be easy. If we didn’t, we would never agree to come here. Then once we are in the density of  3D and we remember (or realize) how hard life can be and we get stuck in the density by design because this is what we have to overcome, transform and evolve.  The process begins with a desire for change and then we’re out on a limb, moving away from what we believe is creating our pain or disconnection. We feel unsupported, alone, isolated and confused. But the fun is just beginning.

The Energies of January 2013

Happy New Year! I believe it’s going to be a wonderful year and we will finally see the results of the work that we have been doing for decades. Don’t look for too many changes in January though, this month we’re setting the foundation for what is to come. This is a time for intention, balance, consideration, alignment and integration. We’re creating the boundaries for our path; the action and movement will come later. Although we want to jump out of the starting gate as soon as we think the wheels are beginning to turn, to get away from what has been limiting us but that’s like taking a trip without knowing where you want to go, or how you are going to get there and whether there is enough gas in the car to even get started.

January’s energies will feel relatively calm after the activity of the past three months. With the Uranus/Pluto square, the eclipse in November and December’s activity, we need some time to regroup and that is what we will find in January. Rather than feeling like nothing is happening, it’s more like watching ducks gliding across the water. On the surface it looks like they’re just floating along but under the surface, their little feet are pedaling fast. The surface may look and feel calm right now but there’s a lot happening under the surface for all of us.

2013 Predictions

It’s time for the 2013 new year’s predictions!

Every year, since 2005, I have been making predictions for the coming year (even though I don’t like making predictions). I write them towards the end of the previous year, post them and usually forget about them until I am reminded to look at them.

They tend to be very accurate although, at the time I am writing them, I am not told exactly ‘what will happen’ but more of what has the potential to happen or what is energetically aligned to allow certain events to unfold in particular ways.

We still have free will in all things and nothing is ever ‘set in stone’ but we also live in highly transitional times and more and more people share a desire for peace, love, acceptance and community and this is what has the real power to create change in the world and allow our individual and collective realities to become ‘heaven on earth’.

Embrace Your Christed Consciousness

It’s Christmas, and aside from the gifts, gatherings, lights and festivities, this it is a time when we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. This year, with the timing of the Solstice, the end of the Mayan 4th calendar cycle and the ascension cycle we are completing, Christmas takes on a new meaning as we enter a new era of human consciousness and can fully embrace our Christed Consciousness.

We have seen this from a distances as the Christ consciousness, the ultimate level of which was embodied by the great teacher Jesus Christ during his time on the earth. Christ taught about self empowerment, our ability to have a direct Source connection, the principle of the human as being divine, and of our own power to create miracles, and often said when people were amazed at his abilities, ‘This you can do and more.’ Centuries of religious teachings de-personalized these lessons and led us to believe that we were powerless, unworthy, and not deserving of these abilities. Now everything has changed.

Kindness is more than being nice to others, it is a state of spiritual mindfulness where you lead with your spiritual nature, speaking from your divinity to others’ divine selves, becoming a shining light for others. When you are kind to others your light shines more brightly than any darkness around you.

Being kind to others, no matter what they are doing or have done to you, allows you to stay in your power and to choose how you will interact with everyone around you.

The Energies of December 2012

We’re in the final stretch of a very long journey, how do you feel? For some, there is relief, for others, disbelief that we’re already here. We have done so much and yet it feels like there is so much yet to do. Can we really be so close to the December 21, 2012 date and still feel like our journey has accomplished so little? But if we spend our time judging what we think has not been accomplished we are ignoring the more profound question — what was this journey supposed to look like and who said it should be so? Is it possible that we are exactly where we need to be, at the perfect time?

This is a long anticipated moment, the culmination of many lifetime cycles and in this month we will experience the last of the triple digit dates in this century, 12-12-12, the end of 13 year cycle (from 2000 to 2012), the end of galactic and universal cycles and the Mayan Calendar ends on December 21. All of these endings do not portend the end of humanity, a human cycle is ending so a new one can begin. We are witnessing the birth of the spiritual human and the evolution of humanity from 3D into 5D and beyond. An aspect of humanity has run its course and will be replaced by something else.

Leaders Without Followers

The Indigo generation represents the new leaders of the world and while their courage, vision, determination and commitment equip them for the task, other aspects make this very challenging.

They are leaders who lack a pioneering spirit and with it the confidence that is required of those who charge ahead at the forefront of enormous change. They are often leaders who have no followers and, unless they can come to terms with this, they risk abandoning their mission for what can feel like a less lonely and less challenging path. They risk becoming followers, when they really need to lead, even if they lead, for a while, in isolation.

My Mother’s Hummer

My mother pointed to a Hummer that passed by as we were having lunch at an outside cafe one day and said calmly ‘That’s the car I want and if I was twenty years younger, I would buy it.” Although I was surprised to hear that my dignified, petite mother would want an oversize, flashy, bright yellow Hummer, I told her that she should buy one now,  if that would make her happy. But she said no, she was ‘too old’ and she was OK with the car she had, a conservative sedan. I thought about this conversation later and wondered how long she had hidden her desire for a Hummer, or any other dreams, from herself and the world? What other goals did she have buried within her that she never acted on because she was afraid of criticism, of going against the flow, or unsure of how to begin? Our mothers also carried Indigo energy, so why didn’t they use it more powerfully and share it with us instead of trying so hard to block ours? Or did they have a different intention? I have pondered this question for a long time and the answer gave me a new perspective on what has been a challenging situation in my life.

In her place, I would go out and buy the Hummer, even at age 75, but that’s me. And it’s also the product of years of showing my mother that I could do whatever I wanted to do, to be successful and have what I wanted, no matter how much she tried to stop me.  Or did she? That’s how I have always interpreted her actions but is that what she was really trying to do? Since I have lived close by I have learned a lot about her life and found new reasons for her inability to support and guide me towards the fulfillment of my dreams, the first being that she never had anyone to support her. And the second was in the disappointment and pain that she has had in her life because while she had dreams, she never learned how to fight for them.

Are You Prepared for Your "Yes"?

Humanity’s free will allows it to create without limitation in the third dimension and the Universe must respond accordingly. There is no judgment for your ‘yes’, so as you ask for what you want, be aware that every request is fulfilled at the frequency, energetic vibration and dimensional space in which it is created. Do you know that every request is answered with ‘yes’?

Every thought is an empowered intention which sets creative energy in motion. There is no thought or belief that does not create a corresponding aspect in your life, on the Earth and in the Universe. But if you are not fully aligned with the results you wish to create, or if you are not fully prepared to integrate the full transformation and outcomes that will follow, the results will not be visible to you in the form you wish to have or see. While you may believe that the Universe is denying you, it is you who are denying yourself. What aspects of you and of your being are not allowing your ‘yes’ to manifest? The question you can ask is ‘where am I not prepared for my ‘yes’, rather than ‘why is the Universe telling me ‘no’? It is not possible for the Universe to deny any intention.

It’s Time to Stop the Healing

I have been on a healing journey for a long time, as have many of you. We have been working on healing karma, past life trauma, soul groups, family, our fears, the world, the earth, humanity and through it all I must say that I think we have done a pretty good job. Like anything else, every path must come to an end, a turning point where we decide what we are going to do next. We are now at the end of the healing path and it’s time to re-purpose our energy because things are moving slowly or not at all, we need to make some new choices about our healing path. What do we do next?

We have been healers and seen ourselves as healers for so long that we do not know what to do next. What are we doing if we are not healing? What do we do with our energy if we are not applying it to healing? How do we relate to people when we do not present ourselves as the healer in their lives? Every time I ask a client that question there is a long pause because it’s something they have never considered before and they do not know how to answer that question. They usually do not even know that it is an option for them. But they can re-purpose their energy and use it in different ways, and so can you.

The Balance of Creator and Co-Creator

There is a Creator in the Universe, a central Source of power and light. This can be described as all knowing and powerful but that is an attempt to limit that which cannot be limited. Describing the concept of Creator is like describing air — what is it, where is it, how is it, how much is there? These are questions that have no answer and trying to understand Creator as an object, like describing air, instead of simply acknowledging it does not allow full connection with and use of Creator.

Creator is within and all around each of you, just like the air. Creator depends on each of you, just as you depend on Creator. Creator exists for and on behalf of each of you, as you exist for and on behalf of Creator. Together you are the source and use of energy, which allows all of creation to manifest. Without you there is no creation, and without Creator, there is nothing to create with. One is necessary for the other and there is perfect balance and equality in this relationship.

Jennifer Hoffman: The Energies of November

The back and forth energies of October have thankfully ended and we are entering the relative calm of November, although two eclipses and several retrograde planets, including Mercury retrograde all month, will contribute to this slower movement. We will have to decide whether it feels stagnant or is a period of well deserved rest before we move into December and then into 2013.

This has not been an easy year but it has been one in which we have had to stay one step ahead of ourselves and we learned the power of choice, intention and alignment. As we set new intentions, anything that was not aligned with them was up for review.

What were we going to choose, our new intention and a new alignment or our old ways of being, which also meant relinquishing our new intention? Having fewer options could make the choices easier but, in this case, the things we had to choose from often meant big life transformation.

And sometimes we chose neither because we weren’t ready, it was just too hard or it wasn’t the right time. As we move into 2013 timing will become increasingly important and we will learn to work within divine timing. This month presents us with learning about divine timing, right purpose, alignment, and integrity.

As we move into November, Mercury retrograde asks us to re-view, re-lease, re-consider and then re-align with what is left over, once we have released everything that is not in alignment with the intention we have for our life.

What is that? Start with joy, being happy, feeling fulfilled, being secure. Make room for the Universe to work within your life, create space for the fulfillment of your intention and dreams, and be willing to receive. We’re masters at asking, but we forget that at some point we have to stop asking and be willing to receive (all within divine timing, of course).

Is it energy or Energy?

Sometimes it is hard to know when to stay with something and wait for a final outcome we know is possible, or let go and be satisfied with knowing we did our best. The way to know which one to choose is to look at our expectations.

If the outcome we desire means that someone else has to change or do something, then we may be looking for closure, validation, a reward for our contribution to their life or some gratitude. This involves ‘energy’ and while that may happen, it may not.

Are we OK with letting go and moving on, which requires ‘Energy’? Can we give ourselves the closure we want and not regret, resent, or feel dissatisfied with the results? The answer lies in the difference between energy and Energy.

The little ‘e’ energy is an energy flow we control and direct, its source is within our energetic body and it feels very familiar, as it should because it’s recycled energy. Whatever we are doing with this energy, what we are feeling, thinking, believing and the experiences that we are having is part of very old patterns we have repeated throughout many lifetimes.

If it feels frustrating and annoying, if we’re working hard with it and not getting the results we want, it’s because we are stuck in a cycle and there is no way to resolve it unless and until we are willing to abandon it (energy) for Energy.

The big ‘E’ Energy is universal or Source energy. It is what we call unconditional love (which is an energy and not an emotion), the flow that we connect with all of the time. If that is the case, how do we get from Energy to energy and if we are always connected to this powerful flow, why can’t we experience more joy in our life?

We can’t connect to the universal Energy that is at a higher frequency than our own. Even though it embodies a high frequency, it also exists at all frequencies. We are aware of and access the frequency that corresponds with our own. Basically, we cannot be aware of an energetic frequency that is higher than the one we currently embody, no matter what other potential frequencies are available.

Can I Save My Marriage?

Jon - This article is a great example of how your positive love energy and focus can change the course of a relationship problem. You can use the technique that Jennifer speaks of to solve almost any relationship difficulty you are having. Bare in mind that it takes consistent focus and intent of love to make this work. It takes patience, time and tolerance to steer a relationship problem into peace and harmony.

 Dear Jennifer: I have been married for over twenty years and I have to admit that the last five years have been especially challenging. My husband began drinking, is no longer willing to socialize with me, I think he may be having an affair and I have been so upset that I have gained over forty pounds. I feel like my marriage and my life are falling apart and I can’t focus on anything else. How can I save my marriage and renew my husband’s interest in our life together?

Jennifer’s Answer: When I read your question I had the feeling that something was missing in your story and that is what happened five years ago to create this change in your relationship. While you think that your husband has changed, he is merely reacting to a change you have made in your own energy. This has changed the energetic alignment in your relationships and you are aware of is his fear because your energetic alignment has changed. Your karmic cycle with him has been activated and what you do next is important for both of you. Although you do not feel like it, you have the power to change this situation so it activates the highest good of everyone.

The more you focus on your fear of your marriage ending, the more you are creating the potential for that. I know it’s hard to not focus on it when it is in front of you every day, but we attract what we give energy to and right now, your energy is going towards your fears about your marriage. I also feel that you are not paying attention to other areas of your life and are waiting to see what your husband does to begin living your life again. Have you considered that all of this, including his behavior, is part of your karmic cycle with him?
