When you are relaxed it is quite easy for you to enter into a quiet and meditative state, but when you are anxious or disturbed and your mind is racing, it is considerably more difficult. And that is when it would be most helpful if you could relax into that peace and stillness.

If you are over-stressed, driven by fear or anxiety, go to some place where you can be alone, without interruptions (turn off your phones!), and ask your guides, angels, ascended masters – whoever you are most comfortable calling on – for help

Keep asking and asking and asking, because when you are very stressed your ego will be extremely persistent in filling your minds with worrying thoughts — thoughts that must be attended to now. This is not the case. If you are over-stressed you cannot think clearly, and to take action in this state of mind is inadvisable at best.

John Smallman – Your Doubts And Anxieties Are Without Foundation

With the growth and intensification of the new energies enveloping you all, your path to awakening is becoming both brighter and clearer.  The need to share and expand the Love within you, your eternal and unbreakable divine connection, is bringing to your attention the blocks or barriers to It that you installed out of fear eons ago, and which you are now realizing are preventing you from living life fully and joyfully.

You thought they were essential defenses against a cruel and threatening world filled with potential enemies, when in fact they are cages or prisons which you built and into which you retreated in fear after you had imagined into being a state of separation from your Father.  Separation from Him is impossible, but because of the power of your enormous inventive capabilities you were able to build an imaginary environment in which to hide from the supposed anger that you believed was your Father’s response to your attempt to separate yourselves from Him and live unencumbered by the law of divine Love.

Saul: Reality Cannot Occur or Appear in The Illusion

When humanity awakens, as it most certainly will, a state of great joy will envelop you. You have been working towards this moment for many life times, and you are now very close. Some of you, in fact quite a large number of you, were very disheartened when seemingly nothing of note occurred in the world on or around December 21st 2012.

This is understandable because so many were attached to an outcome that could be physically observed and measured in the illusory environment that has been your home for eons.

To awaken is to move from the illusion into Reality. Reality cannot occur or appear in the illusion — it would be like trying to see electricity — it just is not possible. Its effects can be felt or sensed calling you to awaken, and when you do, all will be arrestingly beautiful, stunningly clear, so real that no doubts of any kind will remain that could draw you back into that unreal miasma that seems to have held you bound to it for so long

To awaken is simply to release yourselves from the bondage of time

Hello, John here bringing you Saul’s message for Wednesday January 16th 2013. First I would like to thank you all most sincerely for your uplifting comments, the healing energies that you sent me, and for the love that you shared with me while I was off sick. It is very inspiring and encouraging for me to hear from you, so, once again, a heartfelt thanks to you all – readers, rebloggers, translators, and those who have felt angered or offended. Humanity’s journey has been long and arduous, and although most of you have very little sense of it, you are very close to awakening.  Time is a strange concept and yet it is an essential part of your illusory reality.  It is one of its main foundations, and the more you can focus on and live in the ever-present now moment, the more effectively you can cooperate in dissolving time and the illusion.  As you know, you have never left your Father’s side, His eternal Presence, and to awaken is simply to release yourselves from the bondage of time and all the other unhappy aspects of the illusion in which you have seemingly become ensnared.

Saul: Forcing Change Does Not Work

The New Age, into which humanity has just entered, is shaping up very well because the divine energies supporting it are strengthening and intensifying daily. You have been promised that enormous changes will take place which will dramatically improve the living-conditions of those who are trapped in abject poverty; and that promise will be honored.

New technologies are being rapidly developed that will bring these improvements about.  They will also enable new environmentally friendly sources of electrical energy to be deployed that will bring to an end your constant need to drill and mine for fossil fuels.

The Earth is not an appropriate source of fuel for your energy requirements which can very easily be provided by the use of clean methods that, until now, have been suppressed by vested interests, whose aim was to control you by their stranglehold on all your energy supplies – fuel, electricity, water, food, investment through loans, money, and the land itself.

Saul: Civilization needs to become civilized

The moment for feeling disappointed is over. You have moved into the New Age and its benefits will become increasingly apparent as the year progresses. You have all done an amazing job in bringing it in, and you are greatly honored for that.

The divine energy field enveloping the planet and all the life forms she supports is now much more intense and effective than ever before in your human history because your New Age allows it to be so. The more aware and awake you become the greater the energy you can carry and use for the greater good of all.

Humanity is most definitely moving forwards spiritually after eons of stagnation and hopelessness that the constant conflicts and disagreements among you encouraged. When you are in conflict you are coming from ego, from a sense of isolation, abandonment, and fear, and your ego wants to put that to rights by fighting the enemy, whoever or whatever it may be, and destroying it.

What is to be delivered is far beyond any of your expectations. With the end of this calendar year approaching and expectations rising, the numbers of you engaging daily in meditation — with the strong intent both to awaken, and send and share love, compassion, and forgiveness to all who are in need — are growing ever larger. This is exactly as it should be.

There is a divine plan unfolding, with all that is required to happen to bring this stage of it to completion occurring precisely on schedule, because it is God’s Will that it should – but remember that outside the illusion time is absent.

Referring to a schedule makes it hard for you to grasp the significance of many things that are happening all across the world, and even for you to be aware of many other equally significant events that the mainstream media does not report on, because to you a schedule is time sensitive and to understand it without the element of time is, to say the least, confusing.

As the time left before your awakening shrinks away, focus on showing compassion to those whom you find offensive, remembering that all unlovingness is caused by a lack of self worth, a sense of unacceptability, and the fear that that generates often leads to offensive behavior.

This does not mean condoning offensive behavior, but reacting with a counter-attack is unhelpful and often causes a severe escalation of anger. Fear and anger arise when promises have been broken or trust has been betrayed, and there are probably none among you who have not experienced this.

As the end of your earth year draws closer, excitement continues to mount. What is due to happen is unprecedented in your entire human history, and has been planned and prepared for, for eons.

It is an event of enormous significance that will raise your levels of consciousness to such high levels that what you now call consciousness, even that of the most consciously aware of you, will seem to have been an incredibly deep form of sleep, punctuated by occasional scarcely remembered dreams or nightmares.

To be fully awake in the eternal Light of God’s infinite Love is a wonder beyond description, and you are soon to experience that state permanently.

As the countdown to that moment proceeds apace, hold the desire and intent to bring humanity — your divine brothers and sisters — forward into that natural, awakened state which is your heritage and your eternal destiny. Your collective intent is an essential part of the process. You are setting the rate at which you travel the homeward path, and have been doing so since the journey started.

The ride towards home is accelerating as the divine Love field continues to expand exponentially, and more and more humans start to engage with it — as is essential for your awakening.

It is amazing to see the Light from each one of you grow brighter and brighter as you strengthen your intent to be only loving in every situation, and thus become more firmly interwoven into the divine Love field by that intent.

It is impossible to overstress the importance of Love! As you have frequently been told Love is the life-force, the energy field in which all of creation has its eternal existence. You built the illusion to experience life devoid of any connection to that field, but your Father ensured that it would be impossible for you to break that connection. However, due to your free will, you were able to shut down your awareness of it, and pretend that you were masters of your illusory domain where you thought you had no need for God.

Saul: Without you, the mass awakening could not happen

The intensity of this now moment is intensifying even further as the actual moment for your awakening moves ever closer.  The excitement and enthusiasm mount, and restraint is becoming increasingly difficult because this magnificent event, which has been planned for so long, is almost upon us.  Yet, to most of you on Earth at this time, it in many ways appears to be business as usual as reports of scandals, conflicts – on many levels of society and in many areas of the world – and disasters of various kinds continue to occupy the mainstream media.

The wonderful changes that are occurring in many areas are barely noticed, let alone reported on – but that is most definitely set to change!  The changes are of a spiritual nature, but they are very visible because they are demonstrated by the changes in attitude, thought, dialogue, and behavior that have already occurred. They have occurred because of the spiritual changes that so many of you are undergoing, as your spiritual evolution advances rapidly due to your intent for this to happen, and because of the limitless assistance that you are receiving from those in the spiritual realms.  You have asked for help, you are receiving an abundance of it, and the results are indeed phenomenal.

Awakening is on the minds of all you Light-workers and way-showers as the end of this earth year draws ever closer. You want action, impressive action, something very startling or at least uplifting.

Well, you will get it. Keep holding the intent to awaken; it is the driving force that is moving you homeward, and trust in God’s Will that you are going to awaken and in His promise that you will do so.

Even if you are experiencing doubts, release them — because deep within yourselves you know that they are unfounded, that they are just an aspect of the illusion that causes confusion and unnecessary anxiety.

Your homeward journey is nearly over, and your destination is clearly beckoning you onwards. All is progressing as divinely planned and intended. And as you have been told many times you just need to maintain your own individual intent, and when doubts or anxieties arise ask for assistance from those who are always on hand for that purpose – your guides and angels from the spiritual realms.

Love is the life-force; you were created from It and within It. But in the illusion, because of the barriers to Its presence that you erected, you do find it hard to connect to It in a positive way, one which makes you really aware of your unbreakable connection with It. And so you have to trust; and your angels or guides will confirm for you the validity of that trust. Just ask them.

As you pay attention to the unfolding dramas in world affairs – international, domestic, economic, and religious, and to the almost constant flow of new information being promulgated — you cannot truly imagine that nothing of major importance is occurring!

Your doubts most likely arise from your knowledge of human history, where you can see that there have always been wars, intrigues, political shenanigans, betrayals, and corruption, while also being aware of prophecies from a large number of sources offering the hope of better times ahead, but which so far have never materialized.

However, the numbers of prophecies, both modern and ancient, referring to this point in your human history as a moment for great change to occur far outnumber any of the vague and inept ones that were received or perhaps invented by those misguidedly seeking influence and fame, whose failure to occur disappointed so many.

Saul: Your High Hopes and Expectations are Completely Justified

Humanity’s progress towards awakening is most definitely picking up speed as the end of 2012 draws near. The influence of God’s divine field of Love enveloping the planet continues to intensify as more and more of you make the intent to be only loving, whatever the circumstances in which you find yourselves.

You really can have no idea how powerful that intention is when held by so many of you, even though as a percentage of the planet’s population it would appear that you are not so many and it could therefore be expected to have very little effect. But, Love has enormous leverage! And It is That with which you are engaging so enthusiastically and determinedly.

Love is invincible; you know that; and now the truth of it is becoming quite apparent to those who wish to know it. Soon it will be impossible not to be aware of the almighty power that Love holds and directs, as sweeping changes due to Its influence come into effect all across the world.

But, with your free will, to be blind to this is obviously an option for those who do not wish or refuse to accept the self-evident. That will be an unfortunate choice for those who make it, because the joy and celebrations that are about to unfold will perfectly heal even the most serious wounds and illnesses, physical and psychological, that plague humanity.

Saul: Wellness is the State in Which You Feel at Peace

Wellness is to envelop you all. Wellness is the state in which you feel at peace, satisfied, composed, alert; not anxiously wondering about some 3D issue in your personal life or that of humanity.

It is the state that you seek and encourage to enfold you when you pray or meditate, and in which you surrender all your fears and worries to your Father through the Holy Spirit.

It activates very well indeed when you stop trying to reason out whether or not you are getting there, or achieving a proper meditative pose or humble intent. Using your reason to assess how well or how badly you are doing is a refusal to surrender into the moment and encourages further anxiety.

Trust that you are in your Father’s Presence – that being your intent – and know that therefore you are there. Your sense of it may be weak or non-existent, but your intent means that you are where you intend to be: at peace in God’s Presence.

Saul: The Brilliance that Utterly Surpasses All Your Expectations of What Heaven Might be Like

The way ahead is clear and unobstructed as you approach the end of your journey back to Reality.

However, minor obstructions may occur momentarily which will not present problems as you race down the home stretch to where the welcoming assemblage has gathered to greet you with a magnificent honoring-ceremony in recognition of the demanding task that you have completed so competently and expeditiously.

Within the illusion untold numbers of loose, individual human energy threads are coming together in a most beautiful weave of acceptance, forgiveness, reconciliation, and unconditional love, the like of which has never before even been conceived of in relation to your interactions with one another and with the planet.

A new age is about to be born — a new age for which you have been praying and hoping through many grueling lifetimes. Peace and an abundance of everything required to bring joy, satisfaction, and a loving state of harmony and cooperation to all on Earth is about to envelop you.

You have been steadily working your way home towards this release from the misery and suffering that has engulfed you for an inordinate amount of time, and your sterling efforts are soon to be fully rewarded.

It is indeed a joy for me to give you just a slight indication of what you can expect when you awaken, because you have been struggling towards this destination so resolutely for so long, and to offer you love, encouragement, and inspiration connects me very positively to the love that flows from your hearts as you open to the divine field of unconditional Love that is all round you and assisting you to awaken. We are all one eternally, and you are soon to experience the wonder of that divine truth.

It would make no sense to try as it would be engaging in illusory and meaningless activities, because as we are all one — always — to do something alone is impossible. Engage with us through prayer and meditation and we will ensure your awakening.

When you do so you are opening your hearts to receive the abundance of God’s Love for you in a most creative and uplifting way, raising your spirits and sparking your enthusiasm to work with Him through us to bring this stage of the ongoing divine plan to completion.

The reason that you have so many doubts about humanity’s awakening is because the illusion encloses you in a veil of darkness that hides Reality from you.

Reality is everywhere; it is everything; it is all encompassing; and within it you have imagined into existence an unreal, closed, divided, and lonely environment – seemingly very real to you – where you experience yourselves as separated and alone, disconnected from all but your individual human bodies.

And these very limiting bodies can enjoy only a very short and limited lifetime. The shortness of your life in the illusion is frighteningly emphasized by the vastness of the visible universe and by the very lengthy duration of its existence in comparison with your own bodily existence.

From a perspective that engages only scientifically, and not spiritually, with its environment life is a puzzle and a disappointment – “What on earth is its point.” Things grow and die in an endless and painful cycle of birth, development, and decay, and the awareness of this that humans have offers absolutely no hope of real meaning.

And yet life and consciousness of it are not something you want to lose. You want this state to last, because despite all the problems it presents to you, there remain sensual, physical and intellectual pleasures and satisfactions that can make it worthwhile – life just for its own sake, like the enthusiastic way that small children engage with it – and you hold on to it ferociously. Also, each of you has within a sense, an ineradicable hope that there must be a meaning to it, that it should not just end after such a brief passage of time, and you wish that you could discover what it is.
