We come to you to speak of the great gift of connection with our brothers and sisters of the light. This transition requires us to release the old energies and move into the higher vibrations BEING a living example of Divine Love, Trust, Integrity, Honesty, Tolerance, Acceptance, and Reverence for ALL Life. Through the love and forgiveness we give ourself and through the light and love of the Angels and Master we can cut the cords of the older ways and move into the new. By yourself this can seem to be an impossible task. By calling on the a Angles, Ascended Masters and the heart ONE you form a council of light that works as a team with you toward the co-creation of your ascension.

These great Beings of love are here to assist us with our transition. They have been given direction through the heart of ONE, our creator to insure that we are being helped into the next level of awareness. How to get their guidance and love is through understanding of free will and choice. Free will and choice is the universal law of our movement through the heart of ONE. All light Beings respect and observe this law and operate in connection with you and all others in respect to choice. In other words, you have to ask them for help and guidance in the co-creation of your ascension. How much energy you put behind your request also plays an active role in the movement and success of your request. Let go and let your co-created manifestations be brought into your reality. Ask your council of light for guidance as you need it.

We should state our intent to ascend and request for help and co-creation of ascension daily. We should meditate and receive channeled information from our council of light throughout the day. In opening our heart we will see the manifestations and gifts that are being brought into our lives through our connection with the higher realms. We have let go of the need to force anything into our life and know the universe will brings all that we need into our reality. Then we are awake, aware and fully conscious of how the creation system works in letting go and letting God run the show. This is the Mastery that you want with the heart of ONE.

AA Michael and the Archangelic Realms Through Ronna Herman

US investigates credit card security breach

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover confirmed they were affected by the breach [Reuters]

The US government is investigating a major cyber intrusion at a payment processor that could expose millions of credit cardholders to fraudulent charges.

Atlanta-based processor Global Payments Inc said on Friday it had found "unauthorized access" into its system early in March and notified law enforcement and financial institutions.

Payment network operators MasterCard Inc, Visa Inc , American Express Co and Discover Financial Services confirmed they were affected, along with banks and other franchises that issue cards bearing their logos.

A spokesman for the Secret Service said the agency is leading investigations into the case but declined to give any details.

Though Global Payments is far from a household name, middlemen such as the company are prized targets for hackers because of the vast amount of sensitive financial information they handle.

The company's stock fell more than 9 per cent on the news before trading was halted. It said it would discuss the breach in a phone call for investors on Monday.

It was not immediately clear how Global Payments was penetrated or how many accounts were exposed. Consumers who detect fraud usually can be reimbursed. That leaves merchants on the hook financially, though they could file claims against Global Payments.

Analysts said MasterCard and Visa are unlikely to face costs from the breach, but MasterCard shares fell 1.8 per cent to close at $420.54 and Visa shares dropped 0.8 per cent to $118.

The security breach is just the latest in a long string of incidents that have put the personal information of millions of credit and debit cardholders at risk.

Individual banks and processors said they had not yet determined the full extent of the breach, but the blog Krebs on Security, which first reported the breach, said it was "massive" and could affect more than 10 million cardholders.

A Cashless Society May Be Closer Than Most People Would Ever Dare To Imagine

Most people think of a cashless society as something that is way off in the distant future. Unfortunately, that is simply not the case. The truth is that a cashless society is much closer than most people would ever dare to imagine. To a large degree, the transition to a cashless society is being done voluntarily. Today, only 7 percent of all transactions in the United States are done with cash, and most of those transactions involve very small amounts of money. Just think about it for a moment. Where do you still use cash these days? If you buy a burger or if you purchase something at a flea market you will still use cash, but for any mid-size or large transaction the vast majority of people out there will use another form of payment. Our financial system is dramatically changing, and cash is rapidly becoming a thing of the past. We live in a digital world, and national governments and big banks are both encouraging the move away from paper currency and coins. But what would a cashless society mean for our future? Are there any dangers to such a system?

Those are very important questions, but most of the time both sides of the issue are not presented in a balanced way in the mainstream media. Instead, most mainstream news articles tend to trash cash and talk about how wonderful digital currency is.

In the paper, Harvey Rosenblum, the head of the Dallas Fed’s research department, bluntly calls for the breakup of Too-Big-To-Fail banks like Bank of America, Chase, and Citigroup.(Stan Honda AFP/Getty Images)

The government’s bottomless sponsorship of these TBTF institutions, Rosenblum writes, has created a “residue of distrust for government, the banking system, the Fed and capitalism itself.”

The report (PDF), entitled, “Choosing the Road to Prosperity: Why We Must End Too-Big-To-Fail Now,” is written in a surprisingly readable style and is illustrated with reader-friendly cartoons and pictographs. It uses rhetoric that, for the Fed, is extremely candid and colorful, going beyond an arcane analysis of monetary policy to focus on the cultural damage of Too-Big-To-Fail.

“These psychological side-effects of Too-Big-To-Fail can’t be measured, but they’re too important to ignore,” Rosenbaum writes. “People disillusioned with capitalism aren’t as eager to engage in productive activities. They’re likely to approach economic decisions with suspicion and cynicism, shying away from the risk-taking that drives entrepreneurial capitalism.”

As we all collectively enter a new grade of the school of creative financing we find that we stand at a point in-between what we believe in our hearts to be possible and what we see in our world.

We hold tightly to the spiritual lifeline that dangles from the high cliffs as we try over and over again to propel up the side of what seems to be an insurmountable slick surface. All techniques we have been taught in the past do not seem to adhere to the molecules of this new world that writes its own rules.

Prayers are not heard, answers are not received and memos are thrown in the trash, nothing seems to be listening to our cries for help. We stand in the street of our life with the eye of the tornado looking straight at us. We all seem singled out as the very lint from our pockets is spent to gas up or feed our families. We yell at the gods in dismay as we feel so many promises have been broken. We search the yellow pages for answers and no one returns our calls.

All seem to be in a trance as they walk aimlessly through their lives with no hope of a shiny future. Every price we said we would ‘never pay,’ we do now with great remorse and anger. We hold back and hold on to what little we have strangling the very economy enforcing the ‘less than’ code to the fullest degree.

We feel like Pandora after the ‘last hope’ has left the building. We do not see any reprieve from this onslaught of darkness that has us all by the throats. We know life will never be the same and mourn for simpler safer times that were only a few months ago but seem light years away.

Is this the new financial system you have been talking about If the answer is yes, could you clarify which is the role that Japan is going to have in all this stuff and how BRICS will help to free humanity from the cabal?

Hello, 

It is true the BRICS are working on a new financial system. There are 134 countries supporting this plan. Another group of 54 countries (the British Commonwealth) also has a plan that is in harmony with the 134 countries.

The obstacle is the governments of the United States, Germany, Japan, France and Italy and their remaining slave states.

Japan's government is on the verge of announcing its support of the new financial system. The Japanese government has already signaled in principle, its support for the creation of a new international economic planning agency based in Japan and with an initial budget of $ 10 trillion or possibly 1000 trillion yen. This organization would carry out large scale development plans like turning the deserts green and replenishing the oceans with fish. It would not, in any way, contradict or work against any plans of existing governments, corporations or development organizations. It would work in harmony with them.

The 5 nations that have controlled the previous financial system and the families that run those nations are negotiating a transition right now and hopefully some sort of mutually acceptable agreement will be reached soon.

Mayan man in the mask, Spaceman or Scuba Diver?

Whether UFOs and ET are real or not, has never been an issue for me. My father saw them flying over Germany in World War II from his P-38 fighter plane. They called them foo-fighters. Much too fast to catch  with a P-38. As were the supersonic jets the Germans had long before Chuck Yeager ever flew one.

Dad was P-38 flight instructor in the first part of the war, and good instructors were too valuable to waste sending overseas as the US Army Air Corps trained thousands of pilots for WWII.  As near as I can tell from the time frame and locations of his service, he was probably one of the P-38 flight instructors of the Tuskegee Airmen in Georgia.  Dad said they did really well.  I haven't got all of dad's records yet from the military so I am not 100% sure of that, but its very likely as he was also in Foggia Italy the same time they were. Still trying to determine if his war records were lost in a fire. My father also flew fighter escort for President Roosevelt's plane trip to Yalta.  He drank vodka with our Russian and British allies there.  Mom has his flight log book where the days are simply marked "secret".

I heard so many adventures of those years in the North African campaign, the invasion of Sicily and Italy and his dive bombing runs over the Alps into Germany and how if he got shot down they told them to take a certain street car in Belgrade and the conductor would get him out via the Yugoslavian underground resistance. My Uncle was decorated for valor by General Mark Clark at Anzio.  I don't think Dad ever adjusted to boring civilian life. It never quite lived up to those years in the Air Force.

He tells us that humanity and earth will ascend to the fifth dimension, but that we won't stop at the fifth. We will be able to travel interdimensionally. We won't be stuck in the fifth as we've felt stuck in the third dimension.

The Evil of Compartmentalization

So, they checked your background, and you got that job at an intelligence agency. No doubt you are smart, and with that fancy compartmentalized clearance you have, you can truly claim to be the BIG SHOT. But perhaps there is something you failed to consider . . . . . .

There is something that I am sure most people do not realize when they talk about the NSA, CIA, FBI, ect. And that is that these agencies are staffed by highly moralistic and very good people (Unless they are Mossad). A tyrannical government will always seek out the best in a society, the most intelligent, most honest, hardest working people, because it is these people who will report back 100 percent, do the job they are told to do without question, and never lie. The use of honest people to do the works of evil is accomplished by only letting them see one small part of the total mission, and the reason given to them is so that one individual cannot spill the whole can of beans. This restriction of information is called compartmentalization.But there is a problem with compartmentalization, and it is that it can serve a dual purpose. Because one individual is never allowed to see the entire mission, the mission can be evil and no one will be the wiser. Let's say that the corrupted elite on the top of the chain are after a whistleblower. There will be a mission born at the FBI or another agency, where they will be told they are pursuing a terrorist who plans to blow something up. They will never be told they are really after someone who caught a Rothchild molesting a four year old, they will be told it is a terrorist, and national security is severely threatened.Good moralistic people will want to defend their country, so they will work hard to keep tabs on this terrorist. Down in the lower levels, there will be a few well selected people who know the truth, no doubt paid very well to manipulate and steer the honest away from any discoveries, and if discoveries are made which are counter to the cover story, those who made those discoveries will be congratulated and assigned a new mission. You can't have morals getting in the way of a composite work of evil.

Wait, Did CNN Just Lose HALF Of Its Viewers?

 





 

As TVNewser's Chris Ariens reported today: "CNN bore the brunt of the downward trend the news networks experienced this month and for much of the first quarter, when compared to the busy first few months of 2011.

For the month of March, CNN was down -50% in total viewers and down -60% in A25-54 viewers (Total Day). The net was down -21% in Total Viewers and down -26% in A25-54 viewers (Primetime) compared to March 2011."

The viewer exodus is not limited to CNN, though. Roger Ailes' aging heavyweight champion FOX News "was not immune to a loss in viewership for the month of March and for the first quarter of 2012. For the month, Fox News is down -17%," according to another post by Ariens.

Perhaps, if I may be so bold, this is what happens to you when you continue to report stories that no longer resemble -- even remotely -- what your own viewers see outside their windows and apartments.

CNN has barely covered the rapidly growing Occupy and Tea Party protests around the country, and as the clip from Current TV's Cenk Uygur below points out, CNN gave zero prime-time coverage to the NDAA's indefinite detention provisions, arguably one of the most devastating rollbacks of Americans' civil rights ever.

Perhaps viewers are sick and tired of the same half-assed recycled stories about Kim Kardashian, the same shiny Piers Morgan celebrity interviews, and perhaps a war weary public is also not so quick to slurp up CNN's incoherent Iran warmongering.

Perhaps viewers are disgusted with CNN's packaging of the 2012 election year -- a critical time regardless of where you stand politically -- into a crass sports event, heavy on special effects and "analysis," and quite thin on actual reporting.

Now, I don't think CNN's viewers have suddenly decided not to consume news any more. I just think they are going online to do it.

They are turning to independent shows, like mine, and like The Young Turks... they are turning to news sites like The Huffington Post and Daily Caller... and they are turning to each other: social sharing services such as Reddit and StumbleUpon now command a massive audience, and can lift an obscure blog post into the mainstream consciousness within a matter of hours.

Maybe your viewers no longer need you.

The BRICS - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa - have agreed to provide credit to each other in local currencies. Officials say the deal will facilitate economic growth in times of crisis.

The currency swap deal is aimed at promoting trade and investment in local currencies as well as to cut transaction costs. It’s also seen as a step to replace the dollar as a reserve currency in trade between BRICS.

“The idea is in line with many interests and economic exigencies in the world economy,” Yaroslav Lissovolik, the chief economist at Deutsche Bank told RT. “The euro and dollar are no longer seen as unquestionable monopolies in the role of reserve currencies. Clearly the world needs more reserve currencies.”

The deal would also increase the BRICS influence on the international arena and will make their cooperation less sensitive to sanctions from the West, experts say.

"The BRICS countries are in the first rank to do the job that international financial system now needs. What the BRICS said was a very welcomed wake up call," John Kirton, the Co-Director of the BRICS Reasearch Group told RT.

With near-empty railway stations, shut factories, mass marches and occasional outbreaks of violence during a general strike on Thursday, Spaniards showed the first signs of rebellion against the reformist, austerity-preaching conservative government they voted in four months ago.

Police and pickets clashed in a handful of places, but it was a largely peaceful general strike in a country whose sinking economy, with 23% unemployment, has become the focus of worry about the future of the whole eurozone area.

Thousands of police officers remained on duty around the country on Thursday night as tens of thousands of flag-waving demonstrators flooded into city centres for protest marches against labour reform and austerity measures introduced by prime minister Mariano Rajoy’s conservative People’s party [PP].

Demonstrators brought the centres of Madrid, Barcelona and other cities to a standstill as trade unions claimed the strike was more widely supported than previous nationwide stoppages in 2010 and 2002. Rajoy’s officials claimed, however, that the 2010 strike against a socialist government had received greater support.

It cannot be but a short time before the many activities that are being carried out to advance you come to your attention. The extent to which our allies are involved will force the issues to be considered by the media. It might take a little longer before our presence is reported, but whatever steps are taken to prevent it will be futile.

The first reactions will bring out all kinds of responses, but those who cast doubt or reject us will soon be overshadowed through acceptance by the majority of the people.

It will not take long at all for the realization to sink in that we are here to help you, and that includes removing all those who have usurped their authority and responsibility to you for many years. It is the end of the Illuminati already seriously weakened by losing much of their control over you.

You will know by now that we are fully engaged in keeping peace on the planet, although we cannot stop every confrontation. Peace will come to you when the big powers stop interfering in other countries’ affairs.

For too long they have plotted and manipulated circumstances that have forced countries to sell out their commodities. The result has been that much of the wealth generated that should have helped its inhabitants, has been taken out of the country. These problems will all be put right, with the raising up of people’s living standards and introduction to new technologies. In the poorer countries a big problem has been the lack of medical attention and adequate facilities, but that will be quickly overcome.

The use of drugs will become unnecessary, as we will use natural methods through technologies that will be new to you. No challenge will be too much for us to deal with, and the changes will be seen very quickly.

Given that we’re currently discussing the topic of seismic upheavals, here’s an extract from the article, “There Will be No Catastrophe for the World – Part 1,” to be found here and published Jan. 27, 2011. I think SaLuSa’s message summarizes the tenor of them all: “The plan is for a happy ending to this cycle.” (1)  SaLuSa does refer to the possibility that some people may need to be moved, but nowhere on the scale recently predicted.

Earth Changes including Earthquakes and Volcanoes, Global Warming, Species Extinction, and Pole Shift

Many people hear reports that the tectonic plate under the Coral Sea is buckling and they imagine terrible catastrophes facing us. To be sure, earthquakes and volcanoes are happening, as SaLuSa tells us.

“Mother Earth continues to rumble away, and is waiting to finish her own preparations for Ascension. It is therefore becoming important that she is allowed to complete it very soon. There are reasons related to your safety that are holding back any increase in the cleansing operation, which must be completed in readiness for Ascension.” (2)

The Earth is clearing itself of negativity and stress built up over millennia from our wars, genocides, killing of animals, etc. The galactics are helping with this “Earth cleansing,” as SaLuSa tells us.

“Remember, Dear Ones, that you are party to the cleansing of Earth, and it is your responsibility to do all you can to reverse the damage that has occurred over many years. We are of course doing our part although you may not necessarily be aware of exactly what we are doing. Much of our work goes unannounced, and it will not take place openly with your knowledge until we are able to work in unison with each other.” (3)

SaLuSa tells us that, as a result of galactic intervention, “physical changes to the Earth have not been anywhere near as apocalyptic as some have predicted. Our abilities are such that we have already prevented you from destroying the Earth, and lessened the overall volcanic activity. Furthermore, we have kept it stable and in balance, as at times its wobble has become too extreme.” (4)

Nonetheless, as we’ve seen in Haiti and Chile, people will die from these events, as SaLuSa explains.

“The cleansing of Earth moves on and inevitably there will be the passing of many souls as a result. They will be received in the higher dimensions with great love and understanding, and for their part it is something of a release from what is often a very poor standard of living.

“For those that remain in areas where the worst effects are felt, it is a cry to Humanity to find out whether they can find love and compassion for their own kind. Can you ignore their plight, or are you able to see in others yourself? It is not unusual that in the end times a civilization is tested to see how far they have traveled their spiritual paths. We see a great change for the better than even the early years following the Millennium, when your consciousness levels had already risen up.” (5)

Italian police display fake U.S. Treasury bonds at a news conference in the southern Italian city of Potenza. Police said they had seized about $6 trillion of fake U.S. Treasury bonds in Switzerland, and issued arrest warrants for eight people accused of international fraud and other financial crimes.

The operation, coordinated by prosecutors from the southern Italian city of Potenza, was carried out by Italian, Swiss and U.S. authorities after a year-long investigation, an Italian police source said.

It began as a investigation into mafia loan-sharking, but gradually expanded as prosecutors used telephone and computer intercepts to unearth evidence of illegal activity surrounding Treasury bonds.

The fake securities, worth more than a third of U.S. national debt, were seized in January from a Swiss trust company where they were held in three large trunks.

The U.S. Embassy in Rome thanked the Italian authorities and said the forgeries were "an attempt to defraud several Swiss banks." It said U.S. experts had helped to identify the bonds as fakes.

Spouses can’t wake up partners to the truth; family members and close friends think you’ve gone wonky, while the mainstream matrix mouthpieces keep up their barrage of derision against anyone who dares to look past the range of their narrow blinders.

It does suck. We all experience this phenomenon and the isolation that seems to accompany the wake up.

Here’s a hugely happy thought. If we’re an organic, cosmically influenced body of crystaline receivers and broadcasters in an alive and amazing all-knowing Universe, perhaps we’re exactly where we’re each supposed to be.

In fact, we’re probably carefully distributed to create a world-wide grid of truth!

Lawsuit: CIA Withholds Documents Using Legal Exemption It Does Not Have Authority to Apply

For the past eight years, the CIA has used an exemption under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that “protects intelligence sources and methods” to justify the withholding of certain records from requesters.

But a federal lawsuit filed against the CIA charges that the agency does not have the authority to deny records under what is known as a (b)(3) exemption unless the Director of the CIA consulted with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and received specific authorization in each instance it had denied records under that rule, which it apparently has not done.

The “sources and methods” exemption has been routinely cited over the years in cases where FOIA requesters have sought records from the CIA involving the treatment of detainees in custody of the CIA and policies revolving around the so-called “war on terror.”

Moreover, civil liberties advocates have alleged the CIA has used the (b)(3) exemption to conceal records that, if otherwise released, would show the agency engaged in unlawful activity.

In 2004, Congress passed the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA), which was aimed at reforming the intelligence community in the wake of the 9/11 attacks and created the position of Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board and the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC).

The law, which granted the intelligence community greater powers to wage war against terrorism at the expense of civil liberties, privacy groups argued, shifted responsibility from Director of the CIA (D/CIA) (the IRTPA changed the title of the head of the CIA from Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) to (D/CIA)) to the DNI pertaining to issues revolving around the protection of intelligence sources and methods.

However, according to the lawsuit, since 2004, “CIA has repeatedly invoked the ‘protect intelligence sources and methods’ clause of the National Security Act as an Exemption (b)(3) withholding statute” even though the agency appears to not have received authorization from ODNI to invoke the exemption as a rationale for claiming certain records sought under FOIA cannot be released.

After a recent discussion with the always beautiful and Loving Archangel Michael (1), Steve Beckow has reached the assessment that we truly do not know very much about our Star Families and about our Angelic Guides and allies alike (2). As has been expressed, we have fashioned the very ideas of these beings in our own image based on what we expect a being to look and act like, and to please us in an effort to aide us in so very many different time periods, our Angelic Guides have taken on forms that we would expect and understand better.

As a result, much modern belief about these Angelic souls be it religious or otherwise, does still seem to be quite fashioned and pushed into the third dimensional boxes that we would expect such souls to fit into based on our experiences on Earth and in the lower dimensions.

I personally have always seen the various Archangels as beautiful, tall winged men and women who of course, possessed ascended qualities and in my many astral travels this is how these souls have presented themselves to me, even when visiting Acclipthys and the many other ascended cities where one would think that the form that each ascended being truly is and would wish to take, would be the ‘name of the game’ rather than such souls taking a form that one Earthling visiting their Lighted cities would be used to.

On Friday, President Obama announced that he is nominating physician and Dartmouth College President Jim Yong Kim to lead the World Bank. This likely appointment was greeted with approval by many long-time critics of corporate globalization. And it came after an unprecedented level of debate about who should be the institution’s next president.

By tradition, the World Bank president has been a political appointee named by the White House. Europe has gone along with this arrangement, with the tacit agreement that a European, in turn, would be named as director of the International Monetary Fund. As for the rest of the world…well, the IMF and World Bank haven’t traditionally put too much weight on what the global South thinks.

This year things have been a bit different. For the first time, there’s been a concerted—and effective—effort to intervene in the nominating process and prevent a crony coronation. To this end, a variety of developing countries andprogressive leaders got behind the candidacy of economist Jeffrey Sachs, who in recent years has refashioned himself as an anti-poverty crusader.

New Customs Rule Would Treat Same-Sex Couples As Families

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration proposed on Tuesday to recognize same-sex couples as families on customs forms, a small but significant step, supporters said, toward equal recognition by the federal government.

“It’s very insulting to come to the United States as an American citizen with your partner or your spouse and be told you cannot be treated as a family,” Steve Ralls, a spokesman for Immigration Equality, said of the rule. “It is a symbolic step forward toward making sure that gay and lesbian couples will no longer be subjected to a different standard and they’re no longer invisible in the process.”

The proposed rule change, which was posted to the Federal Register website on Tuesday, would expand the definition of a family for the purpose of customs forms for entering the United States. Under the current rule, same-sex partners must file separate forms rather than entering as a family, even if they are legally married. Heterosexual couples are only required to fill out one form.

How Much Are You Willing to Know

Dear Family,

Those of us that have been clarifying our new identity as we move into the next stage of our emergence into the world, are starting to sense that we are being pushed through our limits, to be catapulted into some level of the stratosphere. Wherever we are, whatever we do, we are getting a big push. Some of us are getting pushed to “get up to speed”, to re-educate our belief system, get over our delusions, to get our inner or outer work done, to “show up” for something new in a big way. Some of us are having physical accidents, business disappointments, personal chaos and emotional tragedies. Some of us are being pushed hard, in whatever level of self-mastery we have signed up for. Many of us feel like we have not had restful sleep for weeks, with all of this energetic pressure and pushing. All of this activity, no matter what form it takes in your life, within your spiritual purpose, is about one thing – PAY ATTENTION. There is an incredible amount of forces pushing energetic chaos and disruption in the environment. Do not fall asleep at the wheel and let the auto pilot drive the car. This means that you are in the driver’s seat, hands firmly on the wheel, paying attention to the road in front of you. Don’t look at the GPS, or text on your phone! Pay attention to what’s in front of you.

Multi-Dimensional Children

Indigo and Crystal children, who have been around for many generations, introduced  new energetic paradigms into the third dimension. Their lives have not been easy but they have, within each generation, changed the world, one person and belief at a time. We have new children arriving in increasing numbers and these children take Indigo andCrystalenergy to new levels. While they are highly sensitive and spiritually connected, they also exist in multiple dimensions, which means they can be ungrounded, not comfortable in 3D energy and have gifts that amaze and enlighten the world as to the potential that we are all capable of when we can be multi-dimensional.

There was a time when a gifted child was an anomaly, now there are many of these children and indeed, some exhibit their extraordinary talents before they can walk. It was once unheard of for pre-teens to be in college and there are dozens of children who start college before their first double digit birthday. More of these children are aware of social issues and they create solutions that compel us to participate with them in creating social, economic, moral and ethical balance in the world. They bring experiences and potential from higher dimensions to integrate them into the earth.

The White House on Friday named Jim Yong Kim, a Korean-American physician and the president of Dartmouth College, as its nominee to lead the World Bank. The World Bank’s Board of Governors will select a new president at their April meeting.

Mr. Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1959, and moved with his family to the U.S. at age 5. He grew up in Muscatine, Iowa. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Brown University in 1982, and then received his M.D. and Ph.D. from Harvard University. He received a MacArthur Fellowship in 2003.

Developing nations have criticized the World Bank for the American domination of the organization. The World Bank, consisting of 187 member nations, works to "combat poverty and support development," largely by offering development loans to countries interested in financing infrastructure projects.

UK Regulator Fines Queen’s Bank, Coutts, $13.8M for Poor Money Laundering controls

LONDON — Britain’s financial regulator said Monday that it had fined the queen’s bank, Coutts Bank, 8.75 million pounds ($13.8 million) for failing to maintain effective controls to prevent money laundering and monitor the accounts of high-risk clients.“The failings at Coutts were serious, systemic and were allowed to persist for almost three years,” the Financial Services Authority said. “They resulted in an unacceptable risk of Coutts handling the proceeds of crime.”Coutts, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, specializes in private banking and wealth management. Known as the banker for Queen Elizabeth II, Coutts offers free current accounts to customers who invest at least 250,000 pounds. The division reported an operating profit of 321 million pounds in 2011.

The bank said the fine related to activity between 2007 and 2010.

“Since the FSA first raised its concerns, we have implemented a number of improvements to prevent any recurrence of these failings,” said Rory Tapner, chief executive of RBS’ Wealth division. “Regulatory reforms continue apace.”

The FSA said it found deficiencies in three-quarters of the files on high-risk and politically exposed clients that it reviewed.

The investigation which began in October 2010 identified four issues: failure to establish the source of wealth and funds of prospective high-risk customers; failure to identify or assess intelligence about such customers and take appropriate steps; failure to keep files on high-risk customers up to date; and failure to scrutinize transactions made through their accounts.

These days we’re hearing the call to serve more and more often. The Galactic Federation through Greg Giles said recently: “Many of you have come from distant star systems and even galaxies, and you are here now at this time to do whatever it is you do to assist in this birthing.” (1)

The GF through Blossom Goodchild asked us the same day if we were ready:

“Have you been rehearsing lines and now ready to perform? For indeed it is very soon to be a time when veils are lifted and one’s strength must carry them through.

“Are you ready for this change? Are you ready to step into position and claim knowledge of all that you are? Standing ground upon your planet Earth. Standing up for/to all your hearts KNOWING?

Can you say in your Truth when you ask your heart ‘YES I AM READY’? Because it is NOW … in these days that are just around your corner that you will need to KNOW that you are indeed in the position that you have been awaiting.” (2)

This is strong stuff. Most of us still may not know why we’re here. For us statements like these may come as a bit of a surprise. On what basis are they being made?

They are being made on the basis that we have set out for ourselves a soul contract, incarnational agreement or life plan. We do this in every life, but the soul agreement for this lifetime is more special than that for any other. Let’s look at soul contracts in general and, then later, at those made for this lifetime.

SaLuSa tells is that “life is quite orderly inasmuch that every individual has his or her own plan.” (3) However, not many people know about their life plans, Matthew Ward tells us: “A relative handful of Earth’s peoples know about soul contracts.” (4)

• You may have confidence that the dark and their days ruling over you and your world will be finished upon these arrests, and you may take solace in knowing they will never be allowed to transgress upon you or your society ever again.


• This day is now dawning on your horizon as final preparations are being made for these mass arrests.


• No one or nothing will be permitted to interfere in any way with you or your operations, and we will remain in contact with you throughout these proceedings and keep you up-to-date on the movements of your targets. No one will be able to escape your grasp or elude capture for any length of time.


• That time has now come as you have reached the point where the great changes in your society will now be made.


• We have scouted your world for many years now and we see those who need assistance and we would like nothing better than to be able to give them the help that they need, but this can only be done through those of you who are willing to work with us through this process.

Learning to Laugh a Lot

Well, anyone who listened to An Hour with an Angel March 26, 2012 can probably see that the angelic kingdom was a subject which Archangel Michael very much wished to discuss. Geoff West suggested that I do the next show on it as well and kindly gave up his prerogative to hosting it.

I said that AAM only answered four of the twenty questions I had. I suppose that doesn’t quite convey the whole picture. I had the chance to ask only four questions but, in the course of answering them, he answered many of the others as well.

But how much can one cover in an hour? It’s great that we’ll have a chance to continue the discussion next week. I thank Geoff for that gentlemanly act.

The tussle that goes on when we present our knowledge, in this case, to an angel and get their feedback is such a necessary part of the “getting to know you” phase of our meeting the Company of Heaven. Because, as far as I can see, we don’t know them. We  really don’t. In fact for centuries we’ve been fashioning them in our own image and they’ve been obliging us by showing up in shapes we’d understand.

But we don’t know what they look like. We don’t know how they think – or even if they think. We don’t know how they feel. And when I say “they” I include the galactics as well as the celestials.

AAM said he could be in a million places at once. And when I asked him further about that, he not only didn’t blink, but he compared it to our habit of thinking about many things at once, only more concrete and real. Obviously he really does mean that he can indeed be in a million places at once. What kind of a being can do that?

‘Cash Mobs’ Use Social Media To Help Out Locally-Owned Stores

CLEVELAND, Ohio (Reuters) – Flash mobs have been blamed as a factor in looting during urban riots. But now a group of online activists is harnessing social media like Twitter and Facebook to get consumers to spend at locally owned stores in cities around the world in so-called Cash Mobs.

At the first International Cash Mob day on Saturday, wallet- toting activists gathered in as many as 200 mobs in the United States and Europe, with the aim of spending at least $20 a piece in locally owned businesses, according to the concept’s founder, Cleveland lawyer Andrew Samtoy.

“It’s my baby but I’m not a helicopter parent,” Samtoy told a crowd of more than 100 people gathered Saturday at Nature’s Bin, a grocery store that specializes in local and organic food, in Lakewood, an inner ring suburb of Cleveland.

The 32-year-old dreamed up the Cash Mob idea last year after spending time in Britain during summer riots that unleashed looting in cities including London, Manchester and Birmingham. His first Cash Mob, in Cleveland last November, brought around 40 shoppers packing in to the Visible Voice book shop, on a welcome spree in which each of them spent on average $40 within an hour-and-a-half. “We are kind of slow in November so I wasn’t going to turn it down,” said the independent book store’s owner, Dave Ferrante, who estimated he made about eight times his normal take on that day.

US acted to conceal evidence of intelligence failure before 9/11

Everywhere you look these days, some other method our governments and intelligence agencies have been using to cover up their dirty little secrets has popped into the news because it is being challenged – or at least talked about. Despite its headline, this British newspaper story actually covers the wider picture: how intelligence agencies and governments are able to misuse certain current laws. Not to protect our security, but to avoid their own embarrassment and cover up criminal activity they may have participated in, anywhere in the world. For example, the State Secrets Privilege (SSP), is a legal doctrine that permits the US government to shut down litigation in any country on the grounds of US national security. Through heavy-handed use of  the SSP, US agencies can dictate what judges in another country’s courts are entitled to know and how much citizens in that country’s courts are entitled to say. Now a British politician, David Davis, is attempting to ensure his country’s new Justice and Security green paper’s recommendations cannot be used to cover up criminal activity involving Britain’s government or intelligence agencies.

Latest Claims: Murdoch’s News “Promoted Wave” of PayTV Piracy Around the World

Stephen: Hot on the heals of yesterday’s story that the BBC’s Panorama program was set to reveal allegations that Rupert Murdoch’s News empire had been illegally copying its British Pay-TV competitors’ smart cards,  comes today’s major, globally-focused expose based on a four-year long probe by The Australian Financial Review (AFR).
Because the paper is Australian, the story has a local intro but read on.
There are links to Israel, Asia and Europe and the AFR claims that News has used its PayTV piracy tactics in the US, Italy, Australia and Britain.
It’s a story involving dark games that have resulted in over $5billion for Murdoch – and the total destruction of rivals; sometimes to make them cheaper for News to buy up.
I have only posted the opening pars of this comprehensive piece. I have always felt that the preceding phone hacking scandal was just the tip of the iceberg. Now it seems a complete meltdown of the News empire could be forthcoming: the ramifications of today’s revelations are already thundering across the globe.

The news about the changes is travelling more quickly around the world, and that pleases us as those with enquiring minds are seeking the answers as to what is happening. Some fear the meaning behind them, but others sense that something major and exciting is happening to the world. Fortunately the truth is being spread far and wide, and we are in gratitude to those of you who are at the forefront endeavoring to reach as many people as possible. When disclosure takes place, it will make our task so much easier if they have already been primed as to what to expect. Time is speeding by at such a fast rate, everything is being hurried along, and very soon you can expect some major announcements.

Mankind has had adequate time to start paying attention to the many messages given, that are intended to pave the way for the greater revelations. The ones in the slow lane will have to witness much that will be a great shock to their mindset, but we must get moving. There is no more time to wait until a greater percentage of you are understanding of what is about to happen. That will of course change dramatically, when the media are released from the constraints placed upon them by the dark Ones. Truth has been a rare commodity in the past, but as the controls are removed it will come back in full force. Even those who profess to be aware are even so going to be surprised at the full extent of lies and disinformation, that has been dished up as the truth in the past. It goes well beyond what you would imagine, and will reveal the extent to which you have been controlled.
