This is a recent mainstream television interview by Bill Moyers of a former high-end British diplomat who became disillusioned by big government. Mr. Carne Ross then chose to reassess his former assumptions about both the efficacy and morality of government in any form and thereby struck out in new directions.
He did not become an anarchist but instead chose to align his talents and connections with others in support of the creation of a new form of social order. Part of this realignment includes enthusiastic support of the Occupy Movement in addition to attempting the creation a new kind of bank and banking system very unlike the world’s current system.
Bill Moyers offers up a lot of softball questions in his interview on PBS yet Mr. Ross’ cutting edge and even revolutionary ideas come through and are fascinating in light of the pending global transformation of our socio-economic systems.
