Jim Self - Changing Your Past, Recreating Your Future - Part One

Did you know that it is possible to rewrite virtually everything that has ever happened to you? Or that you could also create a future that is very different than the one you may have set in motion? It’s perfectly true. You can change your past, and you can recreate, or direct the future. But you cannot change your past while clinging to the third-dimension.

Most of us, however, choose not to change our past but instead we choose to relive our past, over and over and over. So the operative word there is “choose”. We choose not to change our past. But we can make a different choice and experience a different result.

Throwing Energy

Many years ago, when I first began my conversations with the archangels and ascended masters, Master Kuthumi said to me: “To enter and remain in the fifth dimension you must master every thought, every emotion, and every action. Every moment.” Cautiously, and with great respect (and without grimacing or rolling my eyes), I replied, “Well, it looks like I won’t be entering the fifth dimension anytime soon.” Kuthumi smiled and said, “We shall see.”

Thus began the pathway we call Mastering Alchemy—the pathway to master ourselves so that we may enter and remain in higher levels of consciousness. How you respond to the quickly increasing noise and drama during this Shift is a wonderful and consistent training ground for becoming masterful.

How do you respond to an unexpected situation? Do you absorb it and let it affect you physically or emotionally? Do you internalize it as stress? Do you react and complain? Are you sarcastic? Demanding? Do you cut the person off at the knees and reject them? (All third dimensional reactions/) And then how do you respond when someone else reacts and throws energy?

What’s Rockin’ Your Relationships?

a message from Jim Self , Roxane Burnett

Have you noticed that over the last few months, everyone you know has been in a “growth period” around relationships? This includes, relationships with the other gender, the same gender, the kids, work-mates; relationship with their cars and computers, their bodies, the critters in the house, the houseplants… in fact, everyone and everything. What the heck is going on?

The planet is evolving at an incredible speed, as are all her inhabitants. We are releasing pictures and disrupting patterns in a big way. Everything not created in integrity is being challenged. Humans are intrinsically social beings and the desire or need (there is a difference) for relationship is at the very core of this spiritual evolution. How we create and experience relationships directly mirror our relationship with our Self. Everyone I meet seems to seeking information and assistance in healing, changing and taking command over their outer relationships, and, therefore, is ready to heal their inner relationship. It’s time to celebrate this movement toward wholeness.

Sometimes, however, this movement doesn’t feel like something to celebrate. As our physical and emotional bodies are energetically denser and slower than our spiritual bodies, changes often manifest somewhere between slightly uncomfortable to downright painful. That’s where the mettle of our personal commitment is challenged. How important is it really for me to be aligned with my inner guidance? How much do I really want to be in command of my life? Is all this emotional and physical upheaval really worth it? Isn’t there an easier way?

2012 - What Do You Mean the 3rd Dimension Is Going Away?

a message from Jim Self

As 2012 approaches there is an increasing urgency to this message because we’re all, literally, running out of time to play in the third dimension.

In simple terms, the habit of thinking and feeling and behaving that we know of as the third dimension is going away. Everyone is shifting into a fourth dimensional consciousness and experience, and then into a fifth dimensional consciousness and experience.

However, most people on the planet are not prepared for this Shift. But it is happening nonetheless, and for those who are unaware of what’s going on it will not be an easy or comfortable experience.

Yet this can be a wonderful, enjoyable time as well. With some basic information about what the Shift is, and what “dimensions” are, and with simple tools to help manage our thoughts and feelings, everyone has the ability to evolve their consciousness and move gracefully and joyfully into these higher vibrational realms.

If you don’t know what dimensions are, you are not alone. Most people playing the game of life as we know it in the third dimension are playing without a “rule book” that would explain what the game really is and how one can play it successfully.

This article provides these basic, missing rules. It explains what the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions are, and why they are the most important consideration of your life right now.

If you can understand the structure and play of these dimensions, you can begin to move fluidly through the unprecedented changes of this Shift without fear, without effort, without the tension and anxiety that is, for the most part, the daily habit of our lives.

So, first of all, let me define what dimensions are not.

Dimensions are not places or locations, and they are not a linear progression - 3, 4, 5, 6 - stacked up like pancakes. And the 3rd dimension, or the 4th dimension, is not the chair you’re sitting in, or the walls that surround you, or even the Earth itself. That is form, which exists predominantly in the 3rd and 4th dimensions, and which will still be very much part of the play in the 4th dimension when the 3rd dimension is no longer an option.

Silence - A Powerful Tool for the Shift

a message from Jim Self , Roxane Burnett

As this amazing Shift of Consciousness continues to unfold in and around us, the noise and drama becomes louder and more distracting. In your imagination, take an energy-photo of the world now and compare it to what was happening a few years ago. The noise and drama is indeed increasing and intensifying. But you don’t have to be affected by it. Silence is your power. It is both the tool and the sanctuary that will keep you sane and intact.

Recently on NPR there was an interview with a scientist who studies the effects oftechnology on humans. He observed that many young people who are continually using communication devices are losing their ability to be quiet and alone. They are texting, Skyping, calling, and FaceBook-ing so much that when the device is not demanding their attention, the kids quickly experience the absence of dialogue as loneliness. Their reaction then is to immediately initiate new exchanges to fill the quiet. They have forgotten how to appreciate their alone time and the value of silence. I can’t help but wonder how that affects their wellbeing.

Have you ever been in a conversation where the person you are talking to doesn’t stop talking long enough for you to contribute? How does that energy feel in your space? Or perhaps you’ve received emails from someone who isn’t filtering their words and includes so much irrelevant information it is difficult to understand their point? Do you practice any of these noisy habits?

Imagine being in a conversation with a noisy person with your Rose up, observing from your Higher Mind or Center of Your Head. You sit before them in this quiet, centered, detached space. Watching and waiting can be a very powerful response to their noise. Not reacting when someone is throwing energy or demonstrating other charged emotions is not only empowering for you, but can be a huge healing for them. By healing I mean you are not offering them resistance nor anything to argue with. You are not adding fuel to their fire. You are instead demonstrating another way of being. Very shortly they will have worked themselves up, through and then over their intensity without getting it all over you. Or, they won’t and instead they’ll move on to someone else who may or may not choose to wallow around in the mud with them.
