An exercise – How to Understanding the feeling of presence and maintain presence.

Through the use of this exercise one can learn what a state of presence and full awareness feels like.  We want to stay in a state of expanded awareness at all times. We become fully conscious in the moment and are our true spiritual self. This is the only state awareness which true peace and bliss may be achieved. 

Notice how you feel in your body right now. Next, close your eyes relax and breathe deeply. Feel the air traveling all the way into your lungs and back out. Take your attention to your entire body then expand your awareness everywhere. Notice how you feel in your body. Now say, “I invoke my “I AM “ presence to fully merge with me now.“ Visualize the energy of your “I AM: presence merging with your energy and you become one column of white light. Now notice how feel in your body and beyond. This is the state of presence in expanded awareness. Now release your “I AM” presence and visualize it moving away from you and bring your consciousness back to your body only. How do you feel now?
