The marketplace bombards you with promises to attain a happy and fulfilling life, but what exactly does it mean to have a fulfilling life?
Buy this dress, drive this a car, be updated on the news, become a member, find your purpose, read your future, go back to past lives, eat this food, go on vacation, help the poor, save money, get insurance, watch this program, get a degree, change your looks, meet this person, go to this conference, get a job!
PUHHHH – there is so much to do, and there are so many people out there believing that they know what you want and need.
Why do we buy into all these things? Every time we get or do what we believe we want there is a sigh of relief, but how long does it last? A minute, a month, a year?
Do you want to help the poor, or do you want the good feeling you get when you do?
Do you want to read the newspaper, or do you want the good feeling you get when you are able to give the impression that you know what is going on in the world?
Do you want to get a degree, or do you want the good feeling you get when you have necessary knowledge to do what you want?
Do you want to pay for insurance, or do you want the good feeling you get when feel secure?
Do you want to work, or do you want the good feeling you get when you have an income?
Do you want a rich bank account, or do you want the good feeling you get when you are prepared for the bad times?
You true desire is to feel good, so why not turn it around and feel good first. There is nothing more powerful in creation than that. When you feel good all the things that you need to sustain that feeling will be drawn into your life.
You are a vibrational being. Your vibration is determined by which thoughts you give your attention. Energized thoughts create emotions and emotions create ‘a state of being’ and ‘a state of being’ creates your reality.
Thoughts are energy in motion.
Energy in motion is felt as emotions.
Emotions vibrate at various frequencies and put you into various states of being.
Negative emotions vibrate at a low frequency.
Positive emotions vibrate at a high frequency.
The frequency you are emanating will tune into objects and people of similar frequency, so your level of well being is of ultimate importance in terms of what you will draw into your experience. It’s not sufficient to just think positive thoughts, you must believe them and get into a state of being where you can feel them.
You do not have to do anything, because your emanation (cause) will manifest and have always manifested as a consequence (effect) of your state of being.
Every person has a range of frequencies to their disposal, but most people unconsciously respond to the frequency of that which surrounds them. If you are conscious of how you are feeling at all times, you will be able to notice how your surroundings react to your emanation. If you feel bad, you get a negative reaction and the world is full of horror. If you feel good, you get a positive reaction and the world is full of opportunities.
There is no such thing as a bad person. It is more correct to say that a person may at times emanate a low frequency and cause havoc in their own lives and in the lives of others, but you do not have to become a victim of that. In order to get a positive response from this person you must tune into the upper range of this person’s frequency. When you are kind to a negative person you will activate a higher vibration in that person and the response will change. It may not change overnight, but if you are consistent it must change, because that is the law of nature.
To feel good is therefore of vital importance if you want to feel good:-)
You may have all the excuses in the world to not feel good, but if those excuses are what you focus on, you will keep them alive.
Focus on how you will feel when you have everything in the world that you want, and then stay in that feeling. Your current life situation is a result of your emanation yesterday, and if you want to change it, change your emanation today.
You can do that by following your highest excitement in every moment. It does not have to be radical; make small steps towards feeling better; do the small things that make you get into a state of well being. A little turn here and a little turn there will change the direction of your life.
If you want a cup of tea, have a cup of tea
If you want to go for a walk, go for a walk
If you want to take a nap, take a nap
If you want to call a friend, call a friend
If you don’t want to visit your mother-in-law, then don’t
If you want to quit working, quit working
When you let go of your old belief systems in terms of what you believe you must do in this world, you may experience fear, but KNOW that fear is a Fictitious Epidemic Anomaly of Reality. Fear is ‘a state of being’ arising from the thoughts you chose to give your attention to.
Focus therefore on what you do want, and not on what you don’t want! Believe what you want shall be true, because you will become what you believe. Live to be what you want to believe.
There is no such thing as the world. The world is a relative term and you will be much better off by saying My world, because your perception of your external surroundings is all that you will experience anyway.
The world described in history books, conspiracy theories and our daily news is just a conglomorate of other people’s subjective opinions about their own worlds. It is not worth your attention unless you feel better by engaging in it.
