As I start to think about my upcoming February Monthly Visions one main theme is churning around in my mind: Truth Vs Theatre. If we have had one major theme playing out this year, particularly on the global stage, it is this one. This year has had a heaviness to it, which may have left some questioning have we truly 'made it'? Have we really chosen the high road of mass awakening and global transformation, the more positive of the two remaining forks in the road? Indeed we have, but before mass awakening and global transformation must come truth, and truth is what we are collectively finding ourselves neck deep in right now.

The heaviness is a result of the megatonnes of truth, or rather deceptions and injustices that were disguised as truth, that are pouring out of every personal, social, political, government, military, corporate, media, pharmaceutical, religious, historical etc nook, cranny and crevice right now, spilling out for all to see and feel – and a lot of it is not pleasant. It can be downright ugly, disturbing, uncomfortable and challenging to our personal reality comfort zones. Yet if we truly want what we say we want – a transformed world – then this heightened exposure to the current reality that surrounds us is an essential part of that process. Shifting to a higher level of consciousness involves being awake and aware to everything that is playing a part in creating our reality, to everything that is being portrayed to us as reality. We cannot change what we are unaware of. We cannot step into our power if we are blind to the ways in which power has been taken from us. Pulling back the curtain of OZ, or the veil of illusion, is not for the faint-hearted.

It is an energetic fact of life that whenever we commit to a new intention everything within us that is not in alignment with that new intention comes up. It comes up because it is responding to our intention. It comes up so that we can acknowledge it, address it, learn anything we are yet to learn from it, and finally transform or release it. Our new intention can thus manifest without any self-sabotage or blocks in the way. So this ‘coming up’ is a good thing, but as it comes up we can feel suffocated by the dust it is raising and this feels to us like a ‘bad’ thing.

On a personal level our new gratitude intentions suddenly have us confronting a barrage of unexpected bills and a head full of fearful, lack-oriented thoughts. Our commitment to deeper acceptance brings up a wealth of anger and resentment that has been simmering under the surface for years. Our decision to look for meaningful work is met by the offer of a promotion at our current job and our resolution to open up to our soulmate often invites phone calls from ex’s. Our desire for more creativity and passion triggers a bout of self-doubt and depression.

Are you Waiting for the Life of your Dreams?

Someone asked me recently how long I had to wait for “the life of my dreams”. This question made me think about the topic of waiting, particularly in relation to ‘the life of our dreams’. How many people are waiting for not only one thing, but many things to happen, before they feel they can be truly happy and consider themselves living the life of their dreams?

For myself, the journey toward feeling a sense of real inner happiness and outer fulfilment has been a long one and one that is ever continuing and evolving. At the risk of using a spiritual cliché, it is very much one that most definitely started on the inside before I could manifest certain things on the outside. One thing I know for sure is that the external aspects of my life that mirror what my inner dreams were for many years, aren’t a simple product of time passing by and patiently waiting. Constant inner and outer movement forward rather than waiting, was key to allowing myself to receive some of the most important things that were ever present on my constant ‘What I want my life to look like’ annual lists including a soulmate relationship and making a living doing work that was in alignment with my life purpose.

January 2013: Updating Our Images of What Transformation Looks Like

Once upon a time we all thought that the time of great awakening, in comparison to the era preceding it, would be a little like the before and after photo’s of a weight loss story: two dramatically different images with one being heavy and sad, the other being light and joyously happy. We’ve all carried some form of ‘before and after’ images in our minds concerning the way we imagined/felt/intuited life would look 2013 and beyond, however just like the weight loss photo’s, we may not have had any images depicting the amount of time and active steps it takes to get from ‘before’ to ‘after’ – particularly the amount of time and active steps it takes to get a whole humanity from ‘before’ to after’, to get whole systems from ‘before’ to ‘after’ including politics, media, health, education, environment conservation, social welfare, justice, sustainable housing, corporations, finance etc.

How to describe what everyone is feeling right now? We may as well get one of those round bowls that you find on many a metaphysical shop counter, filled with rectangular shaped cards each one bearing the name of a particular feeling: Calm, Angry, Excited, Disappointed, Grateful, Frustrated, Peaceful, Turbulent, Confident, Depressed, Motivated, Dejected, Committed, Betrayed, Happy, Sad. Some of you may be feeling more of the uplifting vibes, others are feeling sucked into a vortex of the heavier ones, while many of you have looked at the round bowl, tipped the whole thing upside down, pointed at all the cards and said: “Yep, all that, that’s what I’m feeling.”

There are 47 different calendars known to be in use on the planet. What a relief we don't anticipate the end of the world 47 times a year.

Our Gregorian calendar, also known as the Western or Christian calendar, has become the most widely used calendar of our time. Each year on December 31 we celebrate with ritual fireworks and festivities. The date marks the end and the count down to the beginning of its 365 day cycle. The time it takes for Earth to make a full trip around the Sun. Introduced by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582 our calendar is a reform of the Julian calendar, which was a reform of the Roman calendar, which originated from a lunar calendar, which is thought to have been based on one of the Greek calendars. Months have been removed. Days have been added, taken away and added again. Names of months have been changed. And changed again. We accept this, so we party on.

The Date Is Upon Us!

Well it's upon us, the much awaited December 21 heralding the end of a cycle of time and the beginning of a new one. To the Mayans and other indigenous cultures, each cycle carries its own unique energy so as we enter this new cycle it is about more than just flicking the calendar page over to start again. We are entering a new era and a new level of consciousness.

Over the days of December 21, 22 and 23 consider taking some time to be in a sacred space. Whether you take a moment each of those days to give thanks for your life, health, friends, family and the life we have here on Earth, or whether you dedicate the whole of the three days to sacred ceremony, or fun and joy, is totally up to you. Do what you feel in your heart to do.

Where is our Mass Awakening?

Someone posted on a forum the other day that the Connecticut shooting made them feel like there was no mass awakening going on, and in fact that things seemed worse than ever. Now, with only days to go before the date on which so many have pinned all their hopes and expectations for a ‘mass awakening’ it is important to get clear on how we define a mass awakening.

Our mass awakening does not mean that overnight we will go from the world that is as it is now, to a wonderful paradise. It cannot be. There has to be a bridge. Awakening allows us to see that bridge. It helps us to cross it. It even gifts us with a myriad of ideas, synchronicities, tools, resources, emotions and countless other things to ensure we have all we need to create something new. Awakening provides us with the ingredients – we decide what to do with that awakening.

December 2012 Monthly Visions: Our Turning Point

Many things have been said about December 21, 2012. For many of us, it has offered a ray of hope, a point of focus, a tangible date whose message aligned with the inner message I have felt and followed for most of my life: We are here for a purpose. We are here to awaken. We are here to remember who we really are. We are here to co-create a new world, one based on higher states of consciousness, awareness, truth, love and unity.

For those who have also felt a message like this beaming at them from within, we didn’t need a date to tell us that we are here to participate in a great shift for humanity. Nor is this great shift going to happen as one singular event on one singular day. Yet this date is important nevertheless, aside from holding the sacred energy of the ending of a huge cycle and heralding the beginning of our new cycle. While this date has set up a lot of expectations, it has done so not to trigger widespread disappointment when we wake up on December 22, 23, 24 and so on and seemingly nothing happened. Nor was it ever meant to invoke unnecessary fear. This date has served as a reminder of why we are here, in case we forgot. It has served as a wake up call and alarm bell, in case we think we have all the time in the world to do what we came here to do. It has served as a confirmation letting us know: You are not alone with the things you know and feel deep inside. There were others long before you who knew these times would come, and there are others right beside you and on the opposite side of the world from you and in other dimensions in spirit form and star family form, who know we are in these times now, just as you know.

Lunar Eclipse Rejuvenation

For those who have been following the posts over the past couple of weeks, you'll know that I've described this series of Eclipses and Alignments as like being a car wash/rinse/dry process. Well here we are at the 'getting dried' part of the cycle with the Lunar Eclipse Full Moon. The energy is incredibly soothing, and you may feel like your energy bodies (and physical) are getting a lovely, healing massage, renewing you after what has been a very turbulent fortnight as we've been pumelled by those very determined washers!

Ironically, if you've been feeling quite flat and dry lately with lost enthusiasm for anything, this 'in the drier' part of the cycle is going to bring some much needed refreshment for the soul back, a juiciness for getting back into inspired living that has been absent for a while. You may be starting to feel a joyful re-connection with your passion and purpose, and a re-invigorating reminder of why you are here at this special time. This is the beginning of multiple surges of power that will be coarsing through us as we head down the straight toward 12-12 and 21-12. It is time to get up, speak up, rise up, and spread your light out into your environment, rather than feel suffocated by the density as many have been lately. The external does not define or create us - we define and create the external. Flick your inner light from dim to high and be who you came here to be, go do what you came here to do!

Today has been a very heavy, difficult day for a lot of people. When one thinks of a Pleiadian Alignment, which we are in today, one might think of joy and expansion as the Pleiadian star system is of a beautiful high vibration yet clearly this isn't always the case. This Alignment happens twice a year when our sun is moving through, or is directly opposite to, the same astrological degrees that are the home of the Pleiades. Today's is the Opposition Alignment. How has this manifested?

Well, we are receiving a massive heart clearing and it is bringing up a lot of grief - grief over the past, over old friendships and relationships no longer in your life, over unfulfilled dreams and potentials, over aspects of your current life that have you wondering 'why is this in my life still?' or 'why isn't this in my life yet?' While this grief can feel overwhelming and deeply sad, it is a positive thing in that it is bringing up emotions that either need to be let go of, or addressed to help you move forward. Too often we busy ourselves with the day to day, burying feelings that are trying to get our attention. These feelings may be hard to feel in the moment but once actually felt can activate you to make long over-due decisions and changes.

Many of you may be confused about the grief you are feeling today thinking 'Why do I feel like this?' Grief is not logical, it is of the heart so even if you know that a long lost friendship, relationship, geographical home or other situation is no longer a match for your life, the heart may still need to release emotions associated to a certain time, place or person. While we are mourning what no longer is, and grieving over who we no longer are (even if you wouldn't want to go back there, it still feels like a mourning to release the final parts of old aspects) it is a good day to remind ourselves of who we have become and appreciate all that we have.

November 2012 Monthly Visions: Supercharged Expanded Awareness

This month we will see the continuing acceleration, with increasing intensity, of that which we have been witnessing and experiencing all year – extremes of actions, emotions, responses and revelations. The higher frequency energy flooding our planet, and our cells, is triggering and bringing to the surface everything within us that is in alignment with that energy. We are seeing this with increasing numbers of people experiencing a greater sense of community, a greater desire for peace and unity, a greater need for fulfilling relationships and meaningful work and a greater drive for truth, fairness, justice and equality. It is also bringing to the surface everything within us that is not in alignment with that energy. We are seeing this with flare-ups of old feelings we thought we’d dealt with, and the inability to tolerate situations that we accepted in the past. We are seeing major upheavals in our social, religious and political structures as the cornerstones that have been holding them together no longer have the required energy available to sustain them.

We are also seeing individuals and groups with a lot of resistance to this shift. Some of these folks are moving forward kicking and screaming, feeling very angry about changes that are happening, seeing it as an attack on everything they believe to be ‘right’. Others are unable to move forward and change as they are inwardly being guided to do, due to strong fears, yet it is impossible to stay in the old energies at this time without experiencing a great deal of discomfort. So these folks are experiencing various degrees of ‘frozen stuckness’ manifesting as depression or physical health issues in many.

October 2012: Hearts Opening, Birth Push Time and The Divine Feminine Roaring to Life!

Finding yourself crying over the nightly news lately? Feeling the grief and heartache of people you don't even know? Feeling outraged when you hear of someone being abused or bullied or treated disrespectfully (or feeling outraged like never before if these things are happening to you)? Our emotions are set to super high right now as more and more high frequency energy/light floods the planet, intensifying everything. Our inner humanity is awakening, allowing us to truly experience the emotions we need to feel in order to extend ourselves to help the humanity around us.

We are coming to know that as long as any one 'other' is suffering, that is part of us that is suffering, and we will no longer be able to ignore it as something that is happening to another. There is no 'other'. This is what oneness and unity truly means. We are all pieces of one jigsaw puzzle. If another piece is hurting, we are now feeling that hurt more than ever before. This is not a time to 'rise above' the emotions. Our emotions of grief, sadness, heartache, anger and frustration are perfect right now because they are telling us: this is not how the world should be, this is not the world we deserve, this is not the world we came here to create. These emotions are creating the catalyst for mass transformation in every area, and platforms like social media are creating the opportunity for people to have a voice, to gather together, and work together to create positive change.

In Australia last month, tens of thousands of people marched for peace and millions more joined them with their thoughts and tears, after the tragic loss of a beautiful young woman. The public response to the abduction of Jill Meagher and to the subsequent taking of her life, was unprecedented. The whole country it seemed was grieving, with nearly everyone saying “That could have been me/my sister/my girlfriend/my wife/my daughter.” This isn’t the first time that this has happened to someone, but it was the first time that the masses responded in the way that they did. A similar outpouring of collective grief is occurring in Wales for little April Jones. Hearts are opening and unity consciousness is spreading via those open hearts out to whole communities, whole countries and our whole planet.

We are currently experiencing the complete deconstruction of who we thought ourselves to be, and the process can feel extremely disorienting even to those who are used to the ongoing shifts within this Great Shift.

A lot of our memories are being wiped from our spheres of conscious awareness and subconscious, specifically memories that are no longer serving us, including many cellular memories that have been held by our physical bodies and many soul memories that have been held by our energetic bodies. These old memories have influenced and thus participated in the creation of our day to day, life to life, realities. The memories are being removed because they have served their purpose, and would be more of a hindrance than a help in our new reality chapters and new reality creation processes.

It’s kind of like upgrading to new computer software – the previous version helps to create the new version, but once the new version is ready to go you don’t need to keep the old version on your computer. You can still of course access any memory any time if you really want to, but they will now more exist in the cosmic storage central library as opposed to your home study.

Current Energies Summary June 2012

We are experiencing back to back eclipses, transits and alignments this year that are propelling us into unprecedented evolutionary acceleration. As the Earth lines up with these super powerful points in our skies, it is like turning the dial on a safe and when you get the right code, click, the door opens. So, with every alignment this year a doorway has opened, often called a stargate, because it opens the way for a rush of galactic energy from the universe, from other star systems and other dimensions, to flood onto our planet, energy that we haven’t had access to for at least 26,000 years if not longer in this exact same way. It is not any one alignment on it’s own that is triggering our shift. However, when we experience a ‘perfect storm’ of alignments – a Solar Eclipse on Alcyone the central sun of the Pleiades, a Venus transit, alignment with the Galactic Centre – this sets up the conditions that led the ancients to foresee that these times would herald great change upon this planet, a great awakening.
