Hello my dear friends it is I Adama of Telos who calls to you joyously from my home in Telos, under Mt. Shasta. In your linear time your ascension into the higher realms draws nearer. We ask you to stay focused in your commitment to growing in the light and support your transition into the new energies with peace and joy. Remove yourself from the lower vibrations of anger and fear. Be born into the new earth with a bright purpose of love and connection with the Earth, all her life forms and the rest of humanity.

Your transition is one of seeing and being aware of ways that are no longer suited for you. See, know, feel and change to align yourself with purity of heart and love for others. You all know deep down that you are here to serve and help one another.

Move away from your ego and serving yourself with things that are not serving your ascension. You do this by testing each choice you make in the awareness of your divine nature. You call yourselves into this divine nature by moving into a constant state of presence. At first this may present itself as a difficult task. With focus and intent you will move into this higher state of awareness at all times.

You see it is all how you look at making a choice in your life. You know that you already test each choice you make before you make it. You know that if the choice is not in alignment with your divine nature a feeling of wrong is present before the choice. Then why make a choice that is not in alignment with your divine nature. Your divine nature knows what is best for you and your divine plan.

Choices not aligned with your divine nature are based in fear, anger, sorrow, and you are worried about a belief of your ego. You change this by perseverance, tolerance, forgiveness, honesty and integrity and a pure determination to ascend into a higher way of existence. You will make plenty of mistakes and more success than failure. Over time you will bring yourself into alignment with your divinity.

Always keep in mind that you are not alone in your journey. An important power is to ask the Angels and Ascended Masters for help. We are bound by your free will and you have to ask us for assistance. Without your approval we can not act in your behalf.

Seek and you will find and ask and we will help!

I want to thank my mentor Lord Kuthumi for answering my call. He reminds us of the importance of asking for help, focusing on our intent and purifying our energies in love.

It is I Lord Kuthumi who speaks to you through my messenger. Awaken to the call of Spirit that is within you. Listen to the stillness within your heart and open to the greater wonders of the universe. Great light beings of your galaxy and beyond are sending you the energy of transformation and renewal. It is your responsibility to hear their call and seize the moment. This moment is your ascension into a higher way of existing in love and cooperation with one another. For eons of time you have been in a slumber that is breaking into a new dawn of awareness. As the new energies burn away the darkness of your lower self you will step into connection and love with each other, Gaia and all life within your realm. Hark the angels are with you waiting for your call to glory. They only need your approval to assist you in your transformation. As it has been said, “ask and you shall receive.”

We the Ascended Master are here to assist you and show you the way to freedom. This is a freedom from fear and lack of peace, joy and abundance. Focus your thoughts on this peace and you will receive peace ten fold. Focus your thoughts on this joy and receive joy ten fold. Focus your intent on having abundance and you shall have no lack in your life. Know that for which you focus on with your thoughts is that which you will receive in your life. Understand that if you think you lack something, your will manifest lack in your life. Ask the Ascended Master to assist you with your thought for manifestation and we will assist you.

Have pure thoughts, pure intentions and a pure heart and focus on the creation of love and peace with others. This purity in love is stronger than any other love energy and is straight from the universal infinite mind of the creator. What greater gift is there to give than what every part of creation is yearning for?

The creative source and the nature of reality

There is only ONE. The ONE is expressing itself creating, self-discovery and being. ALL THAT EXIST is an expression of the ONE immersed in creation, self-discovery and being. All expressions within the ONE are energetic expressions of the ONE with experience based on perception. The only thing that separates any part of the ONE is vibration and perception.

        Any part of the whole is actually the same energy vibrating at different rates using different perception mechanics and collecting unique experiences. Everything is intelligent sentient energy that communicates and exists within the whole.       

        Human beings are an energetic expression of ALL THAT IS. The cycles of existence we perceive are set up to collect information based on a unique set of perceptions. We are a grand experience of creation’s self discovery and the possible blue print for other cycles of creation. This WE includes Humanity, the earth and all its other inhabitants.

With the perceptive abilities humans have, a set of unique experiences is developed and a basis of memory and experience is gained. The experiences and choices the human makes will develop the ego personality and belief system. So one might say, “this human is American middle class with Catholic religious beliefs.” In reality the human we are discussing is something different than perceived under the controlled expression principles. As an energetic expression of creation this human is an energy that has always existed. Here is a profound statement, “the only thing that is different at any moment for an energy expression with creation is vibration rate, perception and the collection of unique experiences the energy expression has collected.” “ALL THAT IS” is the ONE through the collection of experiences of all creation.

Manifesting your Destiny with the New Energy

Here is simple way to manifest your dreams of creating a peaceful place of love and harmony with the New Earth.   

I invoke my “I AM” presence to merge with me now in this moment in this timeline. In this timeline the earth’s air and water is pure and clean. In this timeline all of humanities cities are pure and clean and in harmony and balance with nature. In this timeline the earth’s oceans, lakes and rivers are pure and clean teaming with abundant life. In this timeline there is no war, only peace, harmony and balance between the earth, its life forms and all of humanity. In this time line I AM an Ascended Master with the rest of humanity having the same intent and dream. And so it is, I AM my “I AM” presence within this moment in this time line.


Now visualize the timeline in your mind and see all the events of your dreams and intents line up into the timeline. Now give great emotional thanks and gratitude for being in this timeline.  

An exercise – How to Understanding the feeling of presence and maintain presence.

Through the use of this exercise one can learn what a state of presence and full awareness feels like.  We want to stay in a state of expanded awareness at all times. We become fully conscious in the moment and are our true spiritual self. This is the only state awareness which true peace and bliss may be achieved. 

Notice how you feel in your body right now. Next, close your eyes relax and breathe deeply. Feel the air traveling all the way into your lungs and back out. Take your attention to your entire body then expand your awareness everywhere. Notice how you feel in your body. Now say, “I invoke my “I AM “ presence to fully merge with me now.“ Visualize the energy of your “I AM: presence merging with your energy and you become one column of white light. Now notice how feel in your body and beyond. This is the state of presence in expanded awareness. Now release your “I AM” presence and visualize it moving away from you and bring your consciousness back to your body only. How do you feel now?
